Trainer Brittnye McSparron demonstrates a two-ball dribbling drill focusing on dribbling the ball at different heights. Dribbling one ball high and one low while in an athletic position. Alternating between heights with both hands in a 10-second interval. Remember to keep your eyes up while performing this drill.
In this drill you’ll need two basketball and space to dribble while stationary.
4x times total, 2x right high and left low, 2x right low and left high.
6x WNBA All-Star Skylar Diggins-Smith, shows how to perform a hip switch drill. This drill focuses on footwork and changing speeds while dribbling. Catching the ball from around the free throw line, with your body faced sideways then use a dribble to square your hips to the hoop and shoot.
For this drill, you’ll need a basketball and a hoop.

6x WNBA All-star Skylar Diggins-Smith, displays a shooting drill. Shoot from both corners, both wings, and the top of the key. Shooting 3 shots from each spot, progressing from catch and shoot, one dribble pull-up right, and one dribble pull-up left. This drill gives you looks from a variety of spots on the court.
In this drill, you’ll need a basketball and a hoop. Cones are optional to place at each shooting location.

6x WNBA All-star Skylar Diggins-Smith, demonstrates a drill to work on the heavy step while dribbling. The heavy step is very important when coming off a screen or driving downhill. Catch the ball on the wing and drive downhill using the heavy step into a pull-up jump shot.
For this drill, you’ll need a basketball and a hoop.
5x Reps Each Side.
D1 Forward, Cameron Brink demonstrates a corner to corner shooting drill. Move from corner to corner after each shot and test your shooting while fatigued.

6x WNBA All-star Skylar Diggins-Smith, introduces the 3 shot streak challenge. In this challenge, players will shoot from 5 locations. Both corners, both wings, and the top of the key. 3 shots have to be made at a location before moving on to the next spot. Focus on getting a rhythm at each spot.
In this challenge you’ll need a basketball and a hoop, cones to mark the spots are optional.
