Trainer Bjorn Broman breaks down a 50 make warmup drill. Shooting from the short corner and the wing shooting one shot at each, shuffling back and forth between the two spots after each mid-range shot. Focus on keeping the hips low and getting in the zone for your workout.

Work on your reaction shooting alongside Elite Skill Development Coach, Shane Hennen. Players will position themselves away from the basket, completing a 180-degree turn to catch the ball and receive a pass.
Once the player catches the ball, they will go into 3 different shot movements:
Repeat this series until you make a total of 3 shots of each movement.

Work on getting into your shot off an L cut alongside Former 3x NBA Champion and NBA Coach of the year, Byron Scott! Throughout this drill players need to focus on positioning their body towards their target and maintaining proper balance.
For the L cut players will start at the baseline and L cut up up the lane and pop out to the wing for a pass. Players will work on 5 different shot combos of the L cut:

Trainer Jefferson Mason explains and goes through this high reps workout. This drill breaks down 3 different ways to shoot the ball after catching a pass. Hop, stationary shooting, and burst shooting. Between each variation shoot free throws.

Take 100 shots of all three progressions and 15 free throws in between each.
Trainer Ryan Razooky demonstrates the 100 shot challenge. Starting with catch and shoot three-pointers, next step back three-pointers off the catch, mid-range jump shots, dribbling combos into midranges, and then back to catch and shoot. All moves 10 reps for both directions.
