He was also inducted in the MN State Hall of Fame in 2022. Mason played professionally in Germany, Romania, Turkey, and Luxembourg. Coach Mason was also drafted in the NBA G-League by the Dallas Mavericks in 2012.   After finishing his collegiate and professional playing career, Jefferson became the director of the Minnesota Lynx and Minnesota Timberwolves Youth Basketball Academy. In addition, Jefferson has worked as an NBA skills trainer, working with several NBA players. He’s trained players at every level for the last 13 years and has directed camps/clinics around the country.
