Prepare for your workout with this shot builder warm-up from Elite Skill Development Coach, Shane Hennen! Players will complete the series by doing 5 reps of each of the following at the top of the key:

  1. 180 degree turns (5 reps)
  2. No Jumps (5 reps)
  3. Backwards Jumps (5 reps)
  4. Waist Wraps (5 reps)
  5. Slam Pickups (5 reps)

All you need to complete this drill is a ball and a hoop!
