This progression is designed to get a ton of shots up from all around the court. If you have a Dr. Dish All-Star, or Dr. Dish Home, you can find this workout, titled "Shots Club 1"  in the companion app for your machine. If you have a CT, you can find this in your list of workouts titled "Shots Club 1" on your machine.
Recommended Reps
  1. Stationary 2pt shots - Take 100, 20 at 5 spots
  2. Free Throws - Take 15
  3. Stationary 3pt shots - Take 100, 20 at 5 spots
  4. Free Throws - Take 15
  5. 1 dribble pull ups - Take 100, alternate left and right, 20 at 5 spots
  6. Free Throws - Take 15

Cool Down

Streak Free Throws

It's extremely important to be able to knock down free throws while you're tired. Cool down with Coach Brittnye and see how many you can make in a row. As this camp progresses, we'll raise the goal.
Recommended Reps:
Basic: Take 20 free throws
Advanced: Take 20 free throws. End with a streak of 6 in a row.
