In order to make sure we can match your price, just make sure the models are similar in terms of features and functionality, or trade-ins / multi-units.

Do I have to show you a quote?
Yes, we do need a source or reference that shows the price of a competitor. If not a quote, we will need to see some sort of pricing information from a direct competitor via email, text or any other form of communication.

Does the match ever expire?
No, as long as the quote or pricing you provide from a competitor isn’t expired, we’ll honor our guarantee and match it.

Does this work for all of your Dr. Dish products?
At this time, we are only offering the price match guarantee on our commercial products (Rebel+, All-Star+, CT+) and competitor’s similar models.
